By the end of the 19th century, scientists from various parts of the world accepted without any proof (through experiments had been attempted) that every space and creation in and of the universe is filled with an “invisible substance” which is scientifically termed as the ETHER.  In 1951 Paul Dirac, one of the most eminent English physicists reluctantly admitted its existence in his written paper called “Is there an Ether”.   Albert Einstein (1879 – 1955) an American Scientist who discovered the Special Theory of Relativity in 1905, disclosed his agreement in 1933 that the” ETHER” enters into everything.  His statement which is closer to the truth is:  “There is no hitching post in the Universe – so far as we know.” Another recent definition regarding the “ETHER” issues by scientists is “ETHER is the sum of all the unobservable forms of energy that exist in the microcosm beyond our current observable limits.”

This “invisible substance” although having been discovered by scientists nearly a century ago is still not fully understood.  On the other hand, this “ETHER” had already been perceived and named the “Great Tao” by the sages thousands of years ago.  They had even been able to unravel the mystery concerning both the duration and functioning of the universe, including the direction in which man must advance so as to preserve his natural self.

Realising that man is unique in the whole of Creation, in as much as he is gifted with not only superior wisdom to distinguish right from wrong, but also the faculties to take cue and act pragmatically in all phases of life, either materialistically and spiritually, the ancient sages approached the evolutionary aspect of their spiritual beingness to their utmost capacity.

Mencius
Le - Low Part 11
"All who speak about the natures of things have in fact only their phenomena to reason from, and the value of a thing is in its being natural."
